How to export:

We can export WordPress all content of the post , page, navigation from the WordPress backend very easily :
steps to export data :

  1. Go to the tools bar menu in WordPress backend Click export inside it.

2. After click export here on the Export screen, you need to install WordPress wp import plugin.
