We can export WordPress all content of the post , page, navigation from the WordPress backend very easily :
steps to export data :

1. Go to the tools bar menu in WordPress backend Click export inside it.

2. After click export here on the Export screen, you need to install WordPress wp import plugin.

3. As you install and activate wp WordPress import plugin now on the export screen you see the
many options Choose what to export:

• All content ( This will contain all of your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, terms, navigation menus, and custom posts. )
• Posts
• Pages
• Media

 Now According to your need, you can select options and download XML file of your data.
